no more             BACK PAIN	Oh my, I is already summer time.  Hope everyone is happy to be out of school and on Vacation.  I know that we are all looking for some time off and trips with the family.  But we don't want to forget about out health, our activity goes up and so does the need for a good adjustment to continue to feel great.  We have been in Ridgefield now for 19 years, who can believe that, I have seen entire families grow up in that time, I feel so blessed.  Thank you for being part of my Family. Dr. D We will have all normal office hours except for the following closings: We will be closed Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5th. We will also  be closed for my family vacation Wednesday July 16th thru Saturday July 19th.  Returning on Monday the 21st with regular hours.
At Pardee Chiropractic Center, our focus is both preventative care and the treatment of pre-existing conditions. We offer three stages of care for all of our patients—relief, curative and prevention. Relief The primary goal of the relief stage of care is to provide the patient with symptomatic relief. Curative In the curative stage, the aim is to identify and cure the problems that contributed to the initial pain, and to rehabilitate the damaged tissues. This stage is vital to complete recovery from the source of the pain. Preventative Once a patient's condition has normalized we recommend that periodic spinal checkups with a chiropractor become routine. This stage of treatment may also include adjunctive care including therapeutic massage, exercises and stretches.
